Design and Planning 

The Design and Planning Permission stage is where we will develop a detailed, high quality and robust scheme for submission to the Local Authority for Planning Approval.

 

We will exchange our Architectural design skills as a service for equity in the development, coordinating with the Local Authority, statutory bodies and third-party consultants as needed. We will work with functionality, quality and sustainability as core values in order to deliver a high-quality design a that is maximises value and profit.  

 

With us, the Architects, as shareholders in the project the initial capital requirements are lowered in comparison to a traditional development route and quality standards are both higher from the outset and maintained throughout the entirety of the project.
